1. Collection from Registered Office: All bikes must be collected from our registered office in person. We do not offer shipping or delivery services at this time.

2. Location for Pickup: Customers must visit our registered office to collect their bikes. Please ensure to bring your purchase confirmation and any necessary identification.

3. Installation Assistance: If you have opted for the installation of charging equipment, our team will provide the necessary assistance during your pickup. We want to ensure you have everything you need for a smooth setup.
